Information for Visitors
Entrance to the general public is £6
for an adult, £2.50 for a child and £12 for a family ticket (2 adults + 2
children).
We offer a reduced price ticket of £5 each
for block bookings (10 visitors or more). Please

There are ample toilets on site
including disabled toilets and baby-changing facilities.
Access: most of the site is wheelchair negotiable,
however there are a few places which might prove challenging! Stewards
are on-hand to help wherever possible.
Information for Stallholders
Hellens Manor House offers a variety of sites for
setting up exhibits. These include: the formal gardens, copses, areas
in and around the barns, the farmyard, around the large pond or the
wildlife pond or in the orchard or the meadow.
The event organisers will provide you with excellent care and attention
from the moment you book. The event will be evaluated and the result
will be available on request.
Publicity and promotion
An extensive publicity campaign is already underway, and will include:
- Editorial copy and adverts in newspapers, magazines (both
local and regional) and possibly TV coverage
- Specially created website
giving constantly-updated information about the event, and a links
page to exhibitors’ websites and
e-mail as well as other contact information
- Professionally-designed
posters and leaflets, widely distributed in libraries, Tourist Information
Centres, garden centres, hotels and restaurants, leisure complexes,
schools and colleges
- Road signs
